Denise was very good in communication throughout the whole process and the home was just perfect for my brother and I. There was also lots of driveway space to accommodate both my Bass Boat and Truck….i was very pleased with everything
Check in process was easy, kitchen was clean. A/C does not work, owner stated cause it was a heat wave outside but inside was same temp. Brutally hot in house, owner offered us a pizza for the hassle.

Thank you, Jordan, for sharing your feedback. We’re glad check-in was smooth and the kitchen was clean. While the unexpected heat wave created challenges, we did provide a couple of solutions at the time and have since updated the unit so this won’t happen again. We feel the review doesn’t fully reflect all the home has to offer, but we truly appreciate your input and the opportunity to improve.
nice house but with people with too much time on their hands
the house is nice. it is clean. the host does communicate promptly. A lot of care was put into the decor. The host was made aware that people with too much on their hands are able to spy on the guests somehow. The stalkers would let you know that they are stalking by letting hear talking among themselves. This is a single story home with me as the sole occupant ... I am not able to hear or record the rain falling outside when it is raining, why then am i recording voices of stalkers letting me know they are there ?

Hello Chris, our property has no issues with stalkers or any noises. This is a quiet neighborhood. Nothing strange was detected on the security cameras. We accommodated you with pricing and any concerns you had. We also don't have a basement where voices would be heard. Safe travels.
The home is tiny, but super cute and cozy! Location was perfect, and you really can't beat the price! The host was very responsive and kind, and the check in process was easy. I think the owner put a lot of thought into the little things (water in the fridge, soap in the shower, popcorn and snacks, outdoor space) which i truly appreciate. As far as cleanliness, I think the house was pretty clean! My only issue was the towels smelled mildew-y, but that may have just been that they had been sitting there a long time. I have to say the bed was not terribly comfortable either. It is a full size mattress without a box spring. It that has a plastic mattress protector right underneath the sheet, so if you stayed in one spot too long, you would get sweaty,
House was good, but since it does not have central air, each bedroom has window fans, unfortunately the neighbor smokes a lot and I woke up the to smell of smoke from him smoking on the porch numerous times. Also the sheets appeared to be brand new, not laundered first . Bedding straight out of the packaging should be laundered first to get the chemicals out of them. Lastly, I completely understand the need for a mattress protector, but this one was cheap plastic and was noisy every time I turned in my sleep. Host was very responsive, house is really good, but a few tweaks could make it so much more comfortable.

Hello Jessica. Thank you for your review. We will keep improving. I apologize on behalf of the neighbors. This is my first time hearing of their smoking habits. Safe travels!
