Our home is 4 bedroom has 4.5 baths and is an upside down style home with bedrooms on first floor and the main open living area on upper level with stunning views from 3 separate decks.

Large tiled entryway has a staircase to upper level to the right and to the left are the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all bathrooms have been renovated) plus a new full bathroom and laundry room! There is also a staircase at the end of this hallway leading to the upstairs.

The first bedroom has a king bed and a slider to it's own private deck and it's own bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twins and the master has a fireplace with a queen bed and sliders out to a huge patio and it's own beautiful renovated bathroom.

Upstairs is a large open concept kitchen, dining area with gas stove, living room with fireplace, dining room with decks on both sides, and a family room with wet bar with sliders to large deck with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets!!!!!!

Open year round! We do not allow pets at Just Breathe.

Governor Baker signed into a law a bill regulating and taxing short-term rentals. As of January, 1, 2019 there is a 5.7 % state tax will be imposed on all Nantucket Vacation Homes with leases less than 31 days which begin on or after July 1, 2019. Nantucket has an additional tax of 6% local tax. Therefore tenants are responsible for 11.7% tax on rentals less than 31 days.
