Mary was easily the most communicative host I’ve ever encountered! She made sure we had all the information we needed and was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question. The location is also amazing! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean—it literally lulled us to sleep—and waking up to enjoy coffee on the deck. Plus, we could easily walk to all the restaurants and shopping we could want.Thank you, Mary, for helping make our stay so wonderful!

Multi level living situation with two bedrooms downstairs and a beautiful view from the balcony that is hard to beat. The beach is active and a pier just a couple blocks away great food and bars close by. The rooms were clean both had closets and clean bathrooms it does have a stacked washer and dryer in the apartment. Owners are in the apartment below. They had great communication with us as far as entry and anything going on with the stay. 10/10 would and will stay again for our boys trip of 5. Thank you so much for an excellent experience.

Beach vacation

Had a great time at this property, location and the home were excellent. Parking was a little tight but that’s to be expected right off the beach. Working with Mary was great as well. Overall a great place to stay!

What a wonderful stay we had. The views from every window were breath-taking and the home is spacious and beautifully appointed. One of our favorite spots to read was the on the settee in the living room facing the ocean. We loved the location which is so close to the MB center. We happily left our car in the garage on several occasions and walked to town for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our hosts were lovely and communicative. They answered our questions before arriving and checked in to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect after we arrived. We can't wait to return!

The best location

Mary’s home was fantastic, communication was excellent, and the location is incredible. We’ve stayed on the Strand in other parts of Manhattan Beach, but we prefer this location. 2 houses off the sand, and in the best part of MB. Amazing
