This three bedroom one bathroom 800 square foot, newly remodeled, pet friendly home is perched atop of a knoll that has one of the best unobstructed lake views in Oak Shores! There is a great deck overlooking the lake for you to relax and enjoy. As you enter the front door you find yourself in the open concept cottage with the kitchen to your right and living room to your left. There is a full size pull out couch there as well. On the wall there is a thermostat to control the heating and air conditioning. The kitchen has electric stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The home is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware for 4. As you continue through the home on the right is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The left is the first bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed. Further down the hall on the right is the door to the beautifully remodeled bathroom. Continuing straight down the hall you enter into the second bedroom which also dons a queen bed. Adjacent to that room is a third bedroom also with a queen bed. The home is perfect for friends and family to enjoy the outdoors and scenic views that it offers.

Great location and relaxing stay

What an amazing property. Small but all you need for a remote getaway. The house was perfect for the four of us. We relaxed on the deck, cooked meals, went for walks and fishing too! Also we were lucky enough to see wild turkey, deer and vultures up close as we explored. Can’t wait to come back

There were four gals in our group. The house was amazing with lots of deck space and unobstructed views of the lake. We enjoyed the community pool and also swam in the lake. Wished we could have stayed longer. We all left a lot more relaxed than when we arrived.

The home was perfect for us. We were four men and bought plenty of meat to BBQ. The propane was full so we were happy. The only problem was the deck screws were coming up and ready to cut someone’s foot, so we made sure to wear shoes outside.

This was the perfect lake vacation. The booking and check in process was great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It was quite at night. The property managers for this place are terrific - and that makes a big difference when you are renting in a new location for the first time. Also, as restrictive as the regulations at Oak Shores appear to be, the people there are extremely nice and helpful, starting with the entry gate person. The house had a great view, was quiet, and very comfortable. The info said that it only had a charcoal bbq, but turns out it has a nice 4 burner propane grill.
