You always hear Location, Location, Location! In this case it really was. Great place to patk the car and then walk or bike from there. Everything was nearby-great restaurants/bars/riverwalk and the squares for relaxing and people watching. Very happy with the accommodations-Home Away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was holidaying alone and wanted somewhere in a nice area that was quiet and I felt safe. Loved the small outdoor space also.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in Savannah. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was excellent—quiet, safe, and only a short walk or drive to Riverwalk and downtown attractions.Communication could be improved. The listing says check-in instructions are sent three days prior, but we never received them and had to ask at arrival. The same thing happened with checkout procedures—we had to request them the morning we were leaving. I had also asked about an early check-in, was told someone would update me, and never heard back. The property managers were polite when I called, but response time through messaging was slow.One more note: guests are not allowed to use the on-site garage and must rely on street parking. Allowing garage access would definitely enhance the guest experience.Overall, the stay was pleasant and the property itself was great—clean, quiet, and well-located. With smoother communication and a few small updates, this could easily be a 5-star stay.
