The condo has been freshly painted and all new carpeting has been installed. Take in the stunning views of the Gulf as well as the Bay from every window of this 12th floor unit. You can also enjoy nine acres of beautifully manicured grounds, championship tennis courts, pickle ball courts, junior Olympic swimming pool, two Jacuzzi hot tubs, a clubhouse and a fishing pier on the bay.

The property is on a lock/box so there is contactless check-in. The code will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

There is a $100 HOA registration fee due to be paid by check to the Ocean Harbor Association. The fee is non-refundable.

While renovations are completed at Ocean Harbor, there is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. The construction is beyond our control, we are unable to further discount or refund any part of your stay.

The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Linens are included, as well as beach towels. You will have a few rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and hand soaps, upon your arrival. You will need to provide your own after the initial supply left for you is depleted.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departures are available in the off season.

This unit is managed by Coastal Beach Florida Vacations, LLC, a professional vacation rental management company. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
