Newfound Lake in New Hampshire is one of New England's best-kept secrets. This seven mile, spring-fed lake with 22 miles of shoreline is rated one of the cleanest and clearest lakes in the entire United States! The property is right on Fowler River connecting to Newfound Lake with a private boat launch and docking area on site for boats, kayaks, canoes and jet skis. Bring your boat or rent one and leave it in the water for the week! The townhouse is less than 1/8 mile from Wellington State Park, a five minute walk, featuring the most spectacular beach on the lake, with beautiful mountain views and 204 acres of forested park for hiking, fishing, ect.
This townhouse is an end unit, three-levels, bright and spacious, with 1800 square feet of living space. Enjoy nature while sitting on the large screened-in porch with attached deck overlooking the river. Views across the street are of open fields and Mount Cardigan. The property features a large grassy area, playground, tennis courts, and basketball. Ragged Mountain Ski Area and Golf Resort is just fifteen minutes away as well as Tenney Mountain ski area which offers winter tubing in the summer months! Other major ski areas within 1/2 hour drive are Loon, Waterville Valley, Cannon, Gunstock and Mount Sunapee. Snowmobile trails are right across the street connecting to all major trails.
