Great location, not lakefront but two short blocks (0.2 mile) to the Sandy Beach. It's 0.4 mile from Reilly's Pub & 1 mile from Dodge Memorial County Park with boat launch ($7 fee). This cottage has single zone A/C, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, heat, gas grill, & fire pit. Bedroom 1: Queen bed w/new memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (twin over full). Stocked kitchen, spices, coffee. Lawsonia golf course is 13 minutes away. Soda's Farm Market 3 minutes away. Dogs allowed in the water!
