Cozy NEW Home by the River

Our brand-new twin home was built in 2023 and is just 7 minutes away from the airport. It's also less than 5 minutes from downtown and the LDS temple.

Inside we have 4 inviting bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, 1 crib, and 2 twin beds. With amenities like heating, AC, a washing machine, iron, WiFi, and a hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower as well as any toiletries guests may have left at home. Enjoy all that Idaho Falls has to offer when you stay at our place.

There is plenty of room for families to hang out, watch movies, play games, or cook. Also available are toys, books, games, a high chair, baby gate, white noise machines, and a pack and play.

Very cute and cozy property! Love the layout as kids could play and watch tv while adults could visit and do laundry, map out the trip and prepare meals. It is a lot more spacious than the photos reveal. We were extremely happy with everything!! Great host!
