Great host stayed in contact with me the entire trip, offering tips about the area and providing extra stuff like Beach toys for the kids and a beach umbrella—clean rooms, nice little kitchen and pool.Nice little ice cream place right by the entrance to the place, and the property is close to the water park. Would definitely stay there again.

The heated pool was great with the slightly cooler weather. Property very clean, great place for kids and pets! Dog park on the property.

This condo was 100% as advertised. Good communication from the owners. The location is perfect - in the heart of Destin and a 5 minute drive to the beach. We had our dogs with us and enjoyed our daily walks around the condo area & adjoining neighborhoods. The inside of the condo was very nice and had all the amenities needed. It was very quiet - I don’t think some of the other condos were inhabited during our stay, and we really liked the lake that we had out our back door. Will definitely stay here again next winter if we are able.

Communication was good and quick, unfortunately we had some issues during our stay. The main concern was roaches in the room for which the property owner called pest control once they were made aware. Unfortunately we also observed several dusty areas in the home and an outlet in the living room area with an uncovered outlet wall plate, which was a concern to us with our small children.
