The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You will find a key fob for the laundry room in the kitchen. Make sure that you always bring it back inside the unit when you use it. When you check out, please leave it right where you found it.
The laundry room is right behind the condo unit next to your parking space. There will be a charge of $200 for a lost laundry key fob.
The building’s primary garbage dumpster is in front of your assigned parking space, #10, covered with a green wall.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Damages: amount varies on condition. Smoking is not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed Pets might be allowed on request. Charges may apply.

Great location

Convenient to stores, restaurants. However the air conditioning is very noisy. Some overhead fans would be nice.
