Hi Karla! We appreciate that you stayed with us but are uncertain why the review without ever contacting us. During your stay, the only issues you let us know about were that the internet was down one morning, which we remotely reset and got working within 10 minutes and that you weren’t able to figure out the thermostat, which we also explained within minutes of your question. We strive very hard to keep our place clean and comfortable while also being the most economical VRBO in Norfolk. If there were other issues you encountered, we would appreciate a personal message to explain your concerns. For others looking at our apartment, please be aware that we are SUPER conscious of keeping this property very clean. It is quiet, affordable and 2 blocks from downtown. Be aware that it is a basement apartment with stairs but is great for traveling workers and short-term stays for someone who wants a full apartment with a kitchen vs a hotel stay that will likely cost more. If you have any questions about the property, please reach out ahead of time and we will answer any questions!

I live in Norfolk with my wife and kids. We all love the small-town feel of Norfolk. We grew up here and moved back after school to raise our family in Norfolk.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is very close to the vibrant shops, restaurants and nightlife of downtown Norfolk. The new Norfolk Whitewater Park is only 3 blocks away and is a fun and exciting way to enjoy our city!
What makes this property unique
The apartment is quite and walkable to everything you could possibly need. Hy Vee grocery is two blocks east, downtown is 2 blocks north and Memorial Field and Aquaventure Water Park are about 6 blocks away.
