Potager Farm was built over a period of many years beginning in the late 1700's and has been lovingly restored. There is a Rail Trail & State Forest within walking distance. Kayaking 1 mile.

Potager Farm is a historic home featuring a fully appointed kitchen with large fridge, granite counters, soft close cabinets and a dishwasher. On the first floor is the living room, laundry, bathroom with heated floors and cook's kitchen. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a pass/through bedroom with 2 twin beds. You access your private balcony via the landing at the top of your stairs. Once you've settled in head out back in summer towards the swimming pool and gardens or take a stroll down the street to the rail trail and Harry Rich State Forest. We are located just a bit over a mile from the Groton Hill Music center making this an ideal spot for concert goers. Enjoy!
