Christine was an excellent host, made sure we stayed safe in the snow. Very beautiful location as well as the property. The accomodations had all you would need to feel right at home. We felt very welcomed which goes far with us.
My family and I had a great stay here. There was a small zip line outside that my son loved to go on. There was plenty of closet space upstairs to store luggage which was nice. The queen bed was not very comfortable. We did not use the pool since we came in the winter. The driveway was plowed during our stay when there was a small snowstorm. We’d definitely stay here again. It’s very close to 119 and Groton center.
Everything was very nice! We had a group of 4 and had plenty of space in the living areas and bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Christine is wonderful.
The Potager Farm townhouse was perfect for our short 3-night stay. Very cozy and comfortable and the town of Groton is charming. Christine was very accommodating and communicative. Would definitely recommend
We had a great stay. We were 4 people and we were very comfortable. You do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the second bedroom (this was clear in the posting), so just make sure you're with people who won't mind that! Christine was very timely with her responses and very friendly in and around the property. We would be happy to stay again.
This property was pretty amazing! We loved aspects like the full/updated kitchen, the exposed beams (which is definitely our style) and the large closet in the bedroom. We also enjoyed the pool during our stay which was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend if your looking for a property with that American Northeast historic feel.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for the glowing review. It was a pleasure hosting you.
Christine was a great host. The space was perfect for our family of four with two young girls. The pool was a nice touch for warm days. As long as you’re OK with the queen bedroom attached to the other, then you’re OK. Christine was very responsive. I will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area

Three grown men who do a yearly "marathon walk," stayed at the fantastic property. Everything, heating, plumbing, electricity, TV etc. was in perfect working order at this immaculate residence.
The location could not have been better for our activities. Beautiful trails nearby, easy walks to excellent dining locations or short drives. Host's communications were outstanding

About the host

I was born and raised in MA, but I love to travel. I have a dog named Phineas. Let me know if you'd like to say "Hi". When I'm not working in my soap shop, or traveling I enjoy gardening and home improvement.
Why they chose this property
I had a lifelong dream of buying and restoring an old farmhouse. When we found Potager Farm I knew it was meant to be. I love the amount of forest land set aside for conservation in the town of Groton. It is one of the things that makes this place so special.
What makes this property unique
Potager Farm was built over a period of almost 100 years starting in the late 1700's. We are lucky to have caught the attention of a local historian, who researched our property back to when it was build and shared all of that with us, Let me know if you have interest in reading about the property.
