Pristine Oceanfront Myrtle Beach 2 Bedroom Condo Free WiFi and Parking

SUMMER IN WINTER SPECIALS! Beat the cold, come to the beach!

This is a pristine 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach at the Atlantica Resort Main Building.

The condo was renovated head to toe in Dec 2022/Jan 2023 with wall to wall new flooring, all new mattresses, vanities, appliances, kitchen cabinets, paint, and dining room furniture. The rental rate includes all sheets and towels for all 8 guests.

Our cleaning fee includes two services: 1) $85 Exit cleaning fee and 2) $65 Linen fee. These services are not negotiable, as the unit is cleaned and linens are washed and beds are made for every reservation.

This is within walking distance of the new myrtle beach boardwalk but a secure building location and steps from the gorgeous beaches of the grand strand.

The 14th Ave pier and restaurant are a stone's throw from your 9th-floor luxury condo.

We provide free fast WiFi and parking along with a 65in smart TV in the living room, and both bedrooms also have smart TVs. Also providing additional USB outlets in the bedroom lamps for your extra convenience.

The owner is local, so we keep the unit very clean! The cleaning fee also includes the linen fee, which includes linen, towels, floormates, dish towels, starter paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, dishwasher tab, and shampoos/conditioners.

You are also situated about 200 yards from the north end of the newly constructed Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. It was recognized as the nation's #3 boardwalk by National Geographic.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age and on-site during the rental period.

Amazing vacation!

Our stay couldnt have been better! The condo was so nice and clean, and Tara was so helpful throughout the booking process. We had just gotten notice from another host that they wouldnt keep out reservation, and we're honestly glad it worked out this way. We really think we would have missed out at the other condo. We can't wait to come back!

The condo is nice it has 2 bedrooms that are very comfortable and each has its own bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked for anything you could need. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Everything worked great. The building it self needs some work the hallways are a bit dirty. Great location close to so many things.

The place was perfect for our family. Enjoyed the view and how close we were to the beach. The only down fall was no supervision for the older kids in the pool. So the Lazy River pool was full of a bunch of rowdy kids. But all in all the place was great!!

Really enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. It was great to be right on the beach and near all sorts of restaurants and fun things to do. The condo had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking, and overall it was a great place to spend the week!

Fantastic stay at the beach!

A perfect spot right on the beach! We had two families stay very comfortably in this space. It was equipped with everything we needed. The ocean views from the deck were amazing! We enjoyed all the pools and close proximity to the beach. The boardwalk is just steps away. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here!

The condo was very nice and set up we really loved for our family. However, the crowds on a weekend were awful. Ghetto and police had to be everywhere. Trying to sleep by 10-11 forget it! From 10-12 or even later is so loud from next door neighbors. Not to mention cockroaches all over boardwalk and streets not far from where you stay.

So many guests, so little parking

Overall, the resort had a lot going for it. Great location. Gorgeous views. Kind, attentive staff. However, there were also some disappointing shortcomings. While the resort sits just steps from the ocean, I wish there had been better communication about the parking options. There was one (smallish) lot across the street, which was often full. And unfortunately, there were no guest relations folks manning the front desk later in the day. On a different note, having an outdoor swimming pool large enough to accommodate such a busy resort would be a worthwhile investment. The indoor pool was, in my opinion, over chlorinated, making it less than inviting. A lazy river is always inviting, but most out-of-towners appreciate a nice outdoor pool.
