Heart of Mystic Flat

Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 4 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:

- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave

It was a very cozy, thoughtfully designed studio in the heart of Mystic, well done! Very efficient, tidy and clean, with everything that you would need to make your stay as relaxing and joyful in every way. Our studio had two entrances that we liked a lot. Walking distance to all restaurants and activities. Super easy check in/out process. Enjoy everyone!

We fully enjoyed our 4 night stay. Accommodations were absolutely charming. The property was well maintained and the interiors were well appointed and stylish! Chocked full of thoughtful lux amenities like: Nespresso coffee, goat milk soap, wonderful books, an induction cooktop (which allowed us to make great meals), and even a music box chime from the historic church right outside. This property is beautiful in the mornings and quiet in the evenings with off-street parking that makes it perfect! Our host Mike was very nice and easy going. We appreciated his hospitality. We'll definitely return on our next trip to Mystic! Thanks so much!

Apartment was perfectly located and well equipped. Great view. Bed was very comfortable. Love that they had wireless chargers by the bed, as I forgot mine as usual. Would happily come back here if we return to Mystic.

This was our 3rd time staying at this pristine property which is wonderfully appointed with everything you might need. The bed is very comfortable with high quality linens and plenty of towels are provided. As if that isn't enough, the location can't be beat. It's a very short walk to everything Main Street has to offer. Thank you Mike for another wonderful stay in beautiful Mystic.

Perfect Location and Impeccable Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is ideal, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The place was spotless and had everything you could need for both short and long stays. We really appreciated the decor. The host's communication was excellent, making the experience even better. Quality place inside and out. Everything needed for a stay was provided. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. Everything was exactly as describe. Within walking distance of downtown Mystic with many food and shopping options. Grocery store was a short drive and easy to get to.

It was an awesome experience. The flat was very clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything that you needed, kitchen with tea and coffee pots. Must Stay Location in Mystic

This is our second stay (4 nights) at this location. Yet again, Mike made everything just amazing for us. The location is beautiful, spotless, wonderful quality linens, no overpowering fragrances, quality toiletries, and furnishings are high end and modern to include the technology.Local to everything Mystic…we park and walk. Looking forward to our next visit!
