About this property

Heart of Mystic Flat

Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 4 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:

- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave

It was a very cozy, thoughtfully designed studio in the heart of Mystic, well done! Very efficient, tidy and clean, with everything that you would need to make your stay as relaxing and joyful in every way. Our studio had two entrances that we liked a lot. Walking distance to all restaurants and activities. Super easy check in/out process. Enjoy everyone!

This was our 3rd time staying at this pristine property which is wonderfully appointed with everything you might need. The bed is very comfortable with high quality linens and plenty of towels are provided. As if that isn't enough, the location can't be beat. Perfect Location and Impeccable Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is ideal, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Perfect Stay

Quality place inside and out. Everything needed for a stay was provided. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. Everything was exactly as describe. Within walking distance of downtown Mystic with many food and shopping options. Grocery store was a short drive and easy to get to.

It was an awesome experience. The flat was very clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything that you needed, kitchen with tea and coffee pots. Everything you needed to make a meal also washer and dryer. Beautiful outdoor balcony and a wonderful host who was very quick to respond on any questions we had.

Must Stay Location in Mystic

This is our second stay (4 nights) at this location. Yet again, Mike made everything just amazing for us. Another Fabulous Stay

This was our 3rd stay at this location and it did not disappoint. Mike (the property manager) is a pleasure! He effectively communicates and wants to ensure that our stay is as pleasant as possible. The property (like our previous stays) was so clean and the accommodations are wonderful! In addition, there is onsite parking, and the property location is fabulous and walkable to downtown Mystic.
