No Parties: Zero tolerance policy for parties. $1000 fee if the police visit our home due to a neighborhood complaint.
No Smoking: $1000 fee if guest smokes inside our home or leaves ashes or pieces of tobacco or marijuana inside our home.
Late Checkout: If housekeeping arrives after checkout and the guest has not vacated the home, the guest will be charged a $50 fee.

Great Stay!

Meadowcliff Retreat is in a quiet, clean neighborhood close to grocery and other shops. The home was clean and well stocked for kitchen items and towels. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. We loved it!

This was a sweet little house

Sweet little house in a good neighborhood. So close to everything. Communication with owners was very good when a couple of issues came us along the way. Would stay again.

Great Stay!

The home was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and provided us with a great place to relax. It was conveniently located near a shopping center and restaurants. Kaila was very accomodating when we had to make some changes to the reservation and was super quick to respond with any questions we had had. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to this part of Texas and our lodging made the trip especially pleasant. This home was close to dining and shopping. Thumbs up to the housekeeping crew and the folks who stocked the bathrooms with essentials. Also, the check-in instructions and communications with the property managers proved easy for me, even with limited smart phone ability.

We returned to this property again, to visit with family in Wichita Falls. The home is located in a clean quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed for a 7 day stay. It was easily accessible for an elderly mobility impaired guest. The walk in shower in the master bath made it easy for him to use. The wifi was strong and 2 of the 3 bedrooms had their own TV. with plenty of channels. We walked in the neighborhood on several evenings and all of the neighbor's we encountered were friendly and welcoming. It was nice to be able to park on the property in the driveway and off of the street. The rear yard is large and the back patio was nice for sitting and relaxing. The home is close to shopping and restaurants, so it was pretty convenient for us overall. Thank you for hosting us again....we'll be back next year!
