There are two twin size trundle beds and one twin sofa bed allowing a total of 5 sleeping area. There is a dining table and fully equipped kitchen. There is a full bathroom with a small walk-in shower. There are several common areas, an enclosed carport, yard and dock. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles and is shared with the second floor guest. There is a gas grill that is shared by all. The private dock is for guest use only and can handle two boats at a time.
