We arrived to a dirty condo. The floors had not been swept and there was a live roach in the bathtub. We sent photos and swept the kitchen ourselves. They stated that it was unacceptable and would have a cleaning crew out the next day. We left mid morning and came back 6 hours later and it still had not been cleaned. While we were showering for dinner someone came and stated they were there to clean. I stated they were to have done that while we were gone and could they come back as my husband was in the shower. We hurried and left 15 min later. Came back at 11:00pm and no cleaning had happened. We were told it was a miscommunication and they would be there the following day during the time we were gone to clean and spray for pests. We came back later that afternoon and the same crap that was laying on the carpet beside the bed was still there no vacuuming had been done. I would not stay here again. We did get our Saturday and half of Sunday fee refunded but honestly if we had somewhere else to go we would have fought for a complete refund! The couch was awful to sit on too and the living room rug was filthy!
