You'll love sipping your coffee on the private patio. Our community is directly across the street from the beach. Directly behind this unit is 3 pools . puttputt golf , shuffle board , tennis / pickleball etc

Guest Access:

When you’re here, the whole condo is yours! You’ll also have access to all amenities within the community! We provide the sports equipment listed above. Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort !



The Neighborhood:

☼ Guests are required to purchase wrist bands for $20 a piece for guests 6 years if age or older and it will give you access to all of the neighborhood amenities, including 4 pools (1 heated pool seasonally), 1 hot tub, 1 kiddie pool, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, and 18 hole Putt Putt. Guests will also have to purchase a parking pass for $25 if they have a car to park



Getting Around:

☼5-7 minute walk to the beach with beach access

☼6 minute drive to Pier Park

☼10-15 minute drive to Sunnyside, Inlet Beach and 30A

☼3-5 minute drive to grocery store

☼17 minute drive to NW Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)



Other Things to Note:

Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via card) at office. Parking passes are $25 per car parking. You may also purchase them online
