Have fun with the whole family at this two story 3-bed, 2.5 bath home located near the Pearl Brewery and a short drive from Fort Sam Military base.
The space
This newly built space includes a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, internet access and cable TV.
Our spacious top floor includes the master room with king bed and a private ensuite bathroom and charming private balcony. With two additional single queen bedrooms, and two full baths, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The home was perfect for our short trip to San Antonio. Being so close to The Pearl was great! We walked over both days to have a meal. The home was spacious and extremely clean. We'd return again if we are ever in San Antonio. Highly recommend.

Super great location. Property Manager was really responsive. Basic essentials had to be bought for our stay ie hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels. There were some items left from previous stays (some coffee and detergent) that was helpful. Very spacious townhome.

The amenities were great and the property itself was very nice. However, there was construction taking place outside during our stay that we were not made aware of in advance. It wa quite loud all day. Additionally, it took us approximately one hour and 45 minutes to gain access to the property, which is very disappointing after traveling. Overall while the accommodations were good, better communication regarding construction and smoother check-in instructions would’ve made for a much better experience.
