Your cozy getaway awaits in Wolcottville at this fabulous house. With 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room, including 4 queen beds, 1 full size bed, and 5 bathrooms with showers and 2 have bath tubs, this enchanting property offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. Additionally, there is an upstairs space with an oversized couch and the 5th full size bed, smart TV (the 4th full bath, home gym, and an office space with a wi-fi printer for those who need to catch up on work or simply enjoy some quiet time. We think our place will help you experience everything Wolcottville and nearby Shipshewana have to offer! The private beach is perfect for swimming and the pier is perfect for fishing! Bring a boat or rent ours! The back deck is perfect for lounging out of the sun with a gas fire table, or sitting in the hot tub! The patio has a table that seats 8 and has an umbrella. There is also a fire pit by the beach with additional seating! There are 3 adult kayaks and 2 kid kayaks for your enjoyment! Come back this fall to view the 4th bedroom and bath (available in 2026) we have added to the property, it is currently being set up for guests so I can not yet add the photos!

Quiet time after 10pm, everyone has 50ft of beach area that is not shared - the pier is shared with both the house and the small cabin next door.
We have a 10x40 foot dog kennel with a large igloo kennel for outdoor pets. We know pets are family, don't hesitate to get in touch with us about them

Family fun for all ages

Beautiful, spacious and fully stocked lake home with something for everyone. We had 6 adults and six children under ten. Sandy beach entry to lake was perfect for the little ones. Lots of beach toys for all ages. Hosts friendly, responsive and communicative. Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

We recently stayed at this beautiful lake house. We had 10 adults and 1 infant and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was immaculate, it had everything that we needed, and the owners were amazing. The campfires and beautiful sunsets were perfect! Our family had a wonderful time!

We had an amazing stay at the lake house! The home is beautifully furnished and decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for and more! The beds were so comfortable with quality bedding. Everything in the house is quality, from the linens to the cookware and dishes. The quality and thoughtfulness carries out to the outside of the home as well. The deck seating is ample and comfortable and we made full use of the Blackstone for outdoor cooking, The kids had a blast on the beach building sandcastles (there is a large box of beach toys!) and the swimming area accommodated the non-swimmers as well as the the swimmers who were able to dive off the dock and swim to the raft. The kayaks were used daily as well as other water toys.My family had a blast at the lake house and Deidra and Charlie were always available to answer any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this home again and again.

Beautiful property!

Everything a family needs. Close to anything you need. Just a side note, If kayaking, youll need to bring your own lufe jackets. We didnt, , and missed out on the activity, which was fine. BHowever, something you should. Be aware of. Great stay, in a beautiful place!
