About this property
Little Yellow House - Downtown Charming 2 BDRM 🏡
Welcome to our cheerful and warm 2 bedroom "Little Yellow House" located in the historic Cooper Park neighborhood in the heart of Bozeman. Take in the surrounding nature and parks--all within a 5-minute walk to central downtown and a short drive to Bridger Bowl ski area, Hyalite Canyon, the Madison River and many other outdoor recreation destinations.
Our charming house is the upper unit of large home (built in 1932!) located in the beautiful, historic neighborhood of Cooper Park. It comes equipped with a gas fireplace, a large living room with a pullout couch, a kitchen with full amenities, a large fenced-in backyard, one large bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, and a second bedroom with a full bed + a bunk on top. There is a side room attached to the large bedroom which can be utilized as a quiet work study, a cozy reading nook, a playroom or nursery. Guests will have access to parking in the driveway as well as free street parking.
Our property is just one block from Bozeman's Main Street where the city's best restaurants and shops can be found. There are delicious breakfast, lunch and coffee spots within a 2-minute walk.
Disclosure *Please Read*: While you have the entire upper portion of the house to yourself, other vacationers and their pets may be staying in a downstairs basement unit. The upstairs and downstairs units are separated by a dead-bolted door, and each unit has its own private entrance. Our yard is the only area shared by guests, which is a great way to get to know your fellow travelers.
***Dogs are welcome. We require a nonrefundable pet fee that will be charged at the time of booking.
The house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay by staff who have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
