House Rules & Fees
We strive to maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests. Please review the following policies:

No pets allowed – Any violation will result in a $300 fine

No smoking indoors – Violations will incur a $250 fee

Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee

Extended stays (over 21 days) will include an additional $50 cleaning fee (manually added after booking)

Forgot something? Lost items can be returned for a $25 handling fee plus shipping
