This location is absolutely amazing. We had a group ranging from 18mo to 70 years old for my mother’s 70th birthday. The house was clean, the location is perfect, and it had all the amenities we could ask for. We made many memories enjoying family dinners on the screened in porch. We will definitely be renting this place again!

What a milestone to celebrate — a happy 70th to your mother, and how special that four generations could gather under one roof for it. We're so glad the home gave you the space and comfort to make it memorable, and there's something about family dinners on a screened-in porch that just sticks with you. It means a lot to hear the location and amenities delivered for a group with such a wide range of ages. We'd be honored to host you again next time.

Good location near university, interstate and downtown restaurants. Older property but has all the amenities needed to live. Some upgrades and minor maintenance could be done, such as master bedroom large lighted mirror would not light, master bedroom tub not finished, and only 1 non-stick pan worked. Lots of room to spread out and kids loved the ping pong table.

Good location to downtown Asheville. 2 tv viewing rooms were perfect for a guy’s weekend watching football and going to downtown. The outside of the house could use some paint and one bathroom toilet needed attention.

Enjoyed this house as our family spot for our son's graduation from UNCA. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating our group of 7, with everyone getting their own room. The kitchen was well-outfitted with a great selection of cookware and dining needs. Back screened in porch was very nice for eating outside. Living room was comfortable. Main inside stairs were a little steep for some of our elderly members, but the stairwell was well lit. All beds were quite comfortable. Upstairs showers were a little challenging to adjust for temperature but downstairs shower was excellent. Ping-pong was a fun distraction. Mapping location was not accurate by Google maps (puts you on Lookout Drive, above the house), but the host makes it clear about directions in the intro email. Nice quiet neighborhood, extremely convenient to UNCA campus. Really enjoyed the stay!
