This superb property also offers a cozy office space with a sofa bed, perfect for catching up on work or relaxing. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is located in downtown Benicia. Close to the Carquinez Strait. 5 mins walk to go fishing and see the ducks. Lots of wonderful restuarants as well as local shops right out the front door. City library and community pool are 10 mins walk. Every Thursday, the Farmer's market is right at your door step too! Easy to take the public bus to the local schools or to the nearest Bart station. A ferry ride away to SF!

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please make sure to take out all your trash and place it in the garbage bins in the garage. Kindly ensure all trash is tightly bagged to prevent ants and odors in the garage area.

Please place all dirty towels inside the bathroom. Remove any dirty bedsheets and leave them on the floor next to the bed. If possible, please wash any king-size blankets in the morning. Thank you!

Return the keys to the lockbox. Place the Garage Openers back on top of the shelf next to the door to the garage. Move all furniture back to its original position.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not throw female sanitary napkins, flushable wipes and make-up removal wipes into the toilet. Avoid using bathroom towels for make-up removal.

No SMOKING inside condo and outside common space and balcony. It applies to recreational or medicinal marijuana and vapor smoking and E-cigarettes!

Do not leave open food on kitchen counter because of ants. Avoid eating and drinkring except in the kitchen space to avoid ants too! Water is fine!
