We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered, especially the dust, hair on the bedding, cobwebs, and dishes and cups that were not properly cleaned. This is not the level of cleanliness we expect for our guests, and we have shared your concerns with our housekeeping team. We truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience on a future stay.
