LAUNDRY: The condo conveniently has a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer in the suite. Laundry detergent & dryer sheets are provided.

Beautiful, spacious and great location. It was perfect for our group of 7, plenty of individual and communal space and great layout to accommodate lounging, dining and a hot bath at the end of a day on the slopes !
It is a beautiful property that is walkable to many places in town as well as the bus to Banff. Our family had a great time seeing many of the sights and activities that both Canmore and Banff have to offer.
Fantastic condo located in the heart of Spring Creek. Location was great with downtown Canmore just a 10 min walk away.The pictures don’t due it justice. The condo and views are amazing, particularly from the enormous front deck. The condo is extremely well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking any sort of meal very easy. The condo layout was great for our group of 6 with a nice central living area with plenty of seating for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no reservations on recommending staying at Kristin and Andre’s condo. Communication with the host was a breeze and they were very quick to respond to any questions or requests
The property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the fact that it was all one level and the family gathering space was large and open. The private parking space was terrific. The only negative was the construction in the neighborhood made the deck very dusty. We wiped it off and enjoyed it anyway. Loved the community!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! The final two buildings in Spring Creek are being completed. Spring Creek is the most desirable area in all of Canmore to both own and stay. The nee builds are designed to not impact the views from this penthouse :)
Our family of five visited Canmore on a five-day ski trip and stayed in Kristin and Andre's Penthouse in the Spring Creek community. Let me start with the views! From every window in the penthouse, the views are breathtaking and almost surreal. The penthouse itself had very comfortable beds and pillows, along with a large supply of towels for the hot tub. The hot tub was amazing--we had it to ourselves every night, which is probably unusual. The kitchen was well stocked with all the spices, utensils, and other items you need to cook a meal. It was also stocked with coffee and tea--another great bonus. The underground parking was key as we were able to leave all our ski gear in the car. There is also a storage gate in front of the parking space, but I am not sure if that is for guests. The location was perfect--a short drive to downtown Canmore and short, scenic drives to Banff and Lake Louise. Seriously, this place is fantastic and one that we would highly recommend!! 10 out of 10!

A smoke detector is installed on the wall directly inside the entry door, and we would have been happy to point it out had you asked during your stay.
Throughout your visit, we responded promptly to every concern you raised—even when the issues were not reflective of the property’s actual condition. For example, you reported dust on the outdoor deck (Canmore experiences high winds that can move dirt/dust around regularly), which is normal for any exterior surface, yet we still sent our cleaning team multiple times throughout your stay to ensure your comfort. Despite these efforts, many of the concerns you presented appeared to be attempts to obtain financial compensation rather than legitimate issues with the home.
We also want to note that the communication we received from you was consistently discourteous, making it challenging to provide the level of service we aim for with all guests. While we take all feedback seriously, we do not provide refunds for claims that are unfounded or inaccurate.
Our many positive reviews reflect the genuine experiences of guests who engage with us respectfully and honestly, and we believe they offer a far more accurate representation of the property and the service we provide.
We would not host Douglas at any of our properties again or recommend him to other hosts.
