Cute older home, great host!

The property is located in a good neighborhood very close to many attractions. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Owen’s Nursing school and the property was literally less than 10 minutes away. Host provided snacks which was a nice touch. Would stay there again.

nice coverall, not much room to park. i have truck and had to pull in yard to get off sidewalk. not reall quiet with 4 lane road right next to it.

Hi, I apologize for the struggle you have with parking. I dtive a truck and have no trouble parking; I usually park it right in front of the house, plenty of place to park a couple of trucks. If you have a small car obviously you can park in the garage. I also pull up onto the driveway (I know the driveway is short). When these houses were built back in the day, garages were not designed to accommodate the large trucks that are common on the road now.

Temporary room for work

Needed somewhere to stay while editing music videos with privacy. Very beautiful home with many perks and appliances comes with many snacks and drinks.

THIS owner does it right!

Nice place, descent neighborhood (appears safe, be smart). There's a little street noise, not bad. Owners are responsive. I've had a few bad experiences with VRBO but this place does it right. I won't VRBO/AIRB&B AGAIN

This property was close to everything. We stayed while relocating to the area for a couple weeks. The host was always super nice and quick to respond. It’s right off a busy road, and was noisier than we were used to coming from a rural part of the northeast….but it’s in a busier metro city and that was to be expected. Everything about the house was fine. It’s an older house that had been updated but everything about it got the job done. We got to stay with our dogs in something that was more comfortable than a hotel while we waited to purchase our next home. Yard does not have fence and one neighbor next door just lets out their German Shepard style dog which comes over into this yard to potty….but stayed a safe distance when we had our dogs out on their leashes. This is nothing the host could control but would be of note cause the first time I saw this big black dog when I turned the corner from the back porch I was startled. I would still recommend this house and host to my friends if needed.

Perfect location for a UT visit

My family and I stayed here when coming for my son’s UT graduation. Aged ranged from 10-83. It’s a perfect location for anyone visiting a student at UT. The owner has excellent communication and goes above and beyond making sure your needs are met. He even set up a Christmas tree the night before we came knowing we’d be there as a family.As well, he has a crate, dog bed, and dog bowls there if you decide to bring a pet and need them. I have nothing negative about this charming vintage home. It met all our needs. It should be noted that it’s a corner home and one of the roads is busy so if road noise bothers you, consider that. We slept fine.
