Worse Experience

When I arrived in Jamaica I was greeted with a message that I would not be able to stay at the place I had booked weeks ago because the previous person did not check out on time. I was then told I would stay at another location just for the night until it was rectified. Well, I did not get to stay at the location I booked a single night. I was given all kind of reasons, I was told that the previous person was not able to be contacted. This was quite disappointing and ruined my entire trip, as this was to be a family trip with all of us together and this was not the case. Also the alternate place that we were given was not ideal and there were many broken and malfunctioning items in the apartments..
