Welcome to Sunset Skies! This fully renovated home in Westbrook, CT offers shoreline views and is centrally located - walkable to local favorites, including Water's Edge. Ideal for families, a couples or friends getaway, those traveling on business, or anyone looking to vacation surrounded by all the amenities of home. It accommodates up to 12 guests, with 6 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, spacious decks on both floors, a gas grill, propane firepit, flat backyard for outdoor games, and accessible parking. Sunset Skies is a two family home with both a first floor residence and second floor residence, each with a private entrance. Both residences were FULLY renovated in 2023. The listing and pictures here are for renting the ENTIRE home - BOTH the first and second floor residences. The first floor and the second floor residences are also each separately available on Airbnb.The only shared spaces between the two residences are the driveway, front yard, front porch and backyard.

Sunset Skies was the perfect place for our multi-generational family getaway! We had both units so we all had plenty of space. The location is so easy to get to from the highway but being so close to the water, we felt like we were really on vacation. This is such a gorgeous part of CT! We explored the very charming towns of Mystic, Essex, Noank, and Old Saybrook in addition to Westbrook. We found so much to do that we weren't even tempted to shop at the outlets. The house is modern, welcoming, and very comfortable. Our only regret is that rainy weather prevented us from using the fire pit in the lovely backyard. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with a group of 10 and the house accommodated all of us comfortably. Having two separate kitchens was a huge plus, and the location right next to Waters Edge Resort was incredibly convenient since that’s where the wedding was held. The beds were some of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in, and Kelly was wonderfully communicative throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Family Reunion

A wonderful place to have our family meet for the weekend with all the comforts of home. We had 11 people and a dog and had ample space! Well equipped kitchens, plenty of towels, lots of board games. Big back yard for kids to run and play. Immaculate and new! Kelly was a responsive and helpful host. We visited nearby Hammonasset State Park Beach and Florence Griswald Museum- both family friendly. Great time!

Fantastic family weekend!

My family had a small reunion for my mother's 85th birthday. We had a fantastic time and plenty of room to spread out over the two levels of the house. We cooked a big family meal in the incredibly well appointed kitchens on both levels of the house. Absolutely everything we might have needed was on hand, beautiful and a very high quality. It was a pleasure to cook in the kitchens. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was clear but the host has put an incredible amount of thought into anticipating the needs of guests.

The neighborhood and location are what what drew me to this property. It is a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood with <10 homes on the street, but yet centrally located in Westbrook. Having the ability to walk to local favorites, including Water's Edge, is Ideal for families, a couples or friends getaway, those traveling on business, or anyone looking to vacation surrounded by all the amenities of home.

The added bonus was the shoreline view from the decks!

Sunset Skies is a two family home with both a first floor residence and second floor residence, each with a private entrance. Both residences were FULLY renovated in 2023. Having separate living spaces on each floor enable some privacy for those traveling in larger groups.
