Winery and Brewery tours available - Tour includes a visit to three to five wineries or breweries of your choice in Middlesex and New Haven Counties in a luxury passenger vehicle with driver.

Offshore activities - Day and sunset charters to Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Block Island, Duck Island, Greenport, etc. Speed boat rentals and thrill rides and waterskiing and tubing.

In addition, this property comes with plenty of off street parking and is conveniently located near Mystic Aquarium, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Gaming Resorts, Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets, Clinton Antiques Center and Chamard Vineyards.

Available for Academic winter rental as well as summer - weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals.

Electric, heat, cable, & internet are not included in long term or academic rentals and charged separately. Utilities will be billed separately on a monthly basis.

Linens, pillows and blankets are included in the rental. Linens are included for short term rentals only.

Towels and hand towels are not included in the rental.

Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. Rates posted are for short term winter rentals. Please contact us for long term rental rates and summer midweek rental rates under 1 week for information.

Gorgeous Property!

Wonderful stay. There is nothing like the peace and tranquility of a private beach community. The home was directly on the water and the peaceful sound of the water was great. The home was spotless, and we there was a lot to do in the short time I was there. I already booked my stay for next year.

A Great Beach front Rental!

This rental property was absolutely stunning. The home was completely renovated and had all the modern amenities. The air conditioning was so good I almost didn't want go outside to the beach. This property is work the weekly rate. Book it you will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous Water Front Rental!

The property was just renovated and gorgeous. The host was very nice and responded quickly to all our questions. We enjoyed ourselves on the private beach. Also, the back yard was beautiful with the fire pit lit at night, It was like paradise.

house was very nice and newly renovated

They did a great job of renovating. house was beautiful. beach was beautiful. we had a very hot week so some days we wished it had air conditioning otherwise we had a great time.
