Downstairs, the Master Bedroom has a King bed, ensuite Bathroom, plus Cable and flat screen TV and DVD Player. The upstairs 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the upstairs 3rd Bedroom has a bunk bed, with a Full mattress on the bottom and Twin mattress on top, plus a separate Twin bed.

A spacious Loft space at the top of the stairs is furnished with a Queen Futon, a TV, and a DVD player. The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a cozy, gas-log fireplace. The gated outdoor private patio has picnic furniture and a gas BBQ Grill. Higher end front loading washer and dryer are provided in a separate laundry room. Topping off this great condo is a double garage, providing secure storage for vehicles and all of your toys.

This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
