UNIQUE TWO FAMILY. HUMAROCK BEACH HOUSE ONE BACK FROM THE ATLANTIC OCEAN

Take in the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and the let the salt air invigorate you as you relax from the upper deck watching the waves lap agains the shore. Our beautiful beach house is available for summer rental and has AC to keep you cool during hot summer days. We are one house back from Humarock Beach. This home is 2-units but rents as one large home in the summer for extended family and relatives, making it a perfect place for large families and friends. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths plus an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand after a long day at the beach.
The lower level has two bedrooms - one queen, two twins and a queen sleeper. One full and one half bath, and a full eat in kitchen with bar seating. Plus, a large front porch and a large back deck with a peak at the ocean. The unit includes a washer/dryer.
The 2nd floor has ocean views from most rooms. The unit has two bedrooms - one queen bed, two twins and a queen sleeper. One full bath, an open kitchen w/ bar seating and also includes a full bath with a washer/dryer in the unit. And best of all are the amazing ocean views from over-sized deck!
Enjoy the large back yard for volleyball, horseshoes, etc. All rooms in both properties are generous in size. Plus - there is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. Walk to local restaurants including the Bridgewaye and The Voyage. We are close to the marina, general store, the post office and the local gift shop.
* June and September 2025 - Each unit is available $2500.00 per week.
* Summer Rental: Now accepting reservations for summer 2026. **Whole house rental preferred.**
*** Summer season - July and August including 4th of July the rates is $6,000.00 for the whole house for the week.
* Ask owner about options for renting as a two bedroom in winter.
* Winter Rental available from $2,500./month for each unit.

It was perfect. Two families -- Married couple in queen bedrooms and singles in the twin bedrooms. Plenty of space for sitting and visiting and playing games on both levels. It was wonderful!!

Peaceful, quiet. Ocean view, magnificent sunset, great bird watching. Yummy Irish Pub. Nice Gift Shop. Fantastic Seafood Market....great prices. Very friendly service in all these establishments. The home was perfect for a gathering for my little family reunion. However, it needs to have updated kitchen supplies.

Amazing location

Our family rented the whole property for a week. The moment we walked it felt inviting and relaxing. The pictures do not do this home justice. It was more than we expected. The beach was beautiful and our grand babies had the best time and did not want to leave. I highly recommend this home for your vacation. There is plenty of room for large families. The owners are great!!

Great seashore get away...

Wonderful property by the Atlantic on Humarock Beach. Little town has 2 great restaurants, convenience store (with small selection of liquor and beer) and a country bakery (muffins and donuts) which serves coffee. There is a local board store as well and a wonderful dairy bar (Ice Cream). Owners are very attentive to your messages and have great ideas for more affordable grocery stores close by in Marshfield. A little more rustic then a beach house but is clean with all the basics.

Charming, spacious, and well maintained gem!

What a special and memorable experience we had at John’s place! Checking in was easy and smooth with the clear instructions provided by John ahead of time. We stayed in the upstairs unit for 10 days. And, we feel right at home immediately after our arrival. John was welcoming, proactive, and responsive even though he was out of town on business. We felt like his extended family being well cared for. The whole place was spotless and feels better than the pics of the listing. And, the beach location along with the fresh sea air is simply heavenly. Though this place was most popular in the summer, it was perfect for our stay in the Fall. As old time New Englanders, we fully appreciate revisiting the gorgeous foliage, sun rise/sun set combo scenery on the beach as well as in the numerous beautiful spots in the neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Pearl and Jim are the perfect guests! They are responsive and kept our place neat and clean. They even reached out to make sure everything was being done on their end. We LOVED the privacy the two units gave to our family

Loved the location close to everything outdoor shower(not mentioned in listing) was an amazing surprise as we didn’t think there was one. And the two living spaces worked great for our extended family and friends!!! Want to go back next summer for sure!

We had a fantastic stay in Humarock. The house was extremely clean and a great location.

The house is perfectly located a house down from the beach. The views from the second floor unit were fantastic. Both units were clean and had everything you would need for a stay, questions were quickly answered, it was a perfect place for vacation with another family.

We fell in love with the location. We are one house back from the beach with plenty of parking! Our house is in the heart of Humarock and just around the corner from the local store and restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served there during the summer. The ice cream parlor is there too for a great treat at night! The famous Bridgewaye restaurant is just a short walk over the bridge. Plus new places include The Voyage and The Dispatch.

What makes this property unique

You're close to all the amenities Humarock has to offer but also off the beaten path. So you can choose to walk 5 minutes to the store or relax on the decks by the ocean which is just steps from the front door.
