Welcome to Parkside at Rice Hope-This unique resort style amenity rich neighborhood! enjoy this plantation style home in Savannah where you can relax and enjoy from the balcony and bottom porch with a stunning Park View right across, makes this the home everyone wants to come to. This 4-bedroom, 2.5 Bath home is 2 story living comes with a beautiful open floor plan. Enjoy the convenience of being walking distance from all amenities. Located a short drive from historic savannah & Pooler.

This home is best suited for 8 guests

-Master bedrooms Downstairs has 1 queen bed
-3 Secondary bedrooms on the second floor, each room has a queen bed.
-There are 3 Samart TV's in the house.

-Additional amenities includes Wi-Fi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board) and more

-The community offers amenities such as gym, water park, playgrounds, lakes, soccer field and a park.

*The community water park is open seasonally usually from April 15 to October 13 and the hours are 9am-9pm (dates and hours are subject to change). The pool is family friendly with a splash pad, lazy river, and Olympic pool. Please note that the water slides only run on Saturday and Sunday.
Please return key fob to the safe, there is a $200 fee for any missing or stolen key fob.

*Only 8 guests are allowed at the pool per residence at one time.

The gym is open year-round from 6am-10pm.

-We use security cameras with video recording system that has been installed at the front-back and side of the home's exterior only, for your safety.

*Neighborhood quiet hours are between 9pm until 8am. If guests are too loud and the police are called to the property, we reserve the right to terminate your accommodations immediately without refund. We take this seriously because we want to continue welcoming guests to the city.
-Mailing packages to the premises are not permitted.
-No parties allowed
-No smoking or vaping
-No pets allowed
-Children must be supervised at all times
-Please flush toilet paper only, not even flushable items.
-Do not park on grass
-Take shoes off when going upstairs, since upstairs floors is all carpet

The house is amazing with a great setup. It had everything we needed. Also a great location as it is outside of town, but close enough to all the fun things Savannah has to offer. Did not get a chance to check out the pool and water park area as it was not open during our stay.

Snug for 8

While the property was clean, easy to check into, and conveniently located, the property was not accommodating for 8 people. The table only allowed for 4 people to sit at a time, the cooking utensils were sparse, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the bathrooms were insufficient for 8 people. This would be a great property for fewer people.
