The space
This is an amazing floor plan, perfect for multi-families. 3 private bedrooms for the adults and a 2 semi-private bedrooms for the kids.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are on the first (main) floor. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are both semi-private bedrooms on the mid-level (loft) of the home.
Bedroom 5 is on the lower level. There is a full bath on the lower level also.
Guest access
The entire home is yours. We want you to be comfortable. You have full access to the property. House, yard, fire pit, hammocks, etc. Enjoy our home as if it were you own.

We can assist you with recommendations for boat rentals, day trips, Guided fishing tours, restaurants and other activities in the area.

My husband and I have been married for 30 years. We love spending time with family and friends. We bought this house as an extension of our own home that is less than 10 minutes away. When family isn't using it, we like to share it with other families. Stay once and you'll return time and time again.
Why they chose this property
We discovered this rental home in the summer of 2023 after our own lake home was destroyed in a fire. The next year, we purchased the home to live in while our rebuild was under construction. We loved this house so much we couldn't bare to part with it. So, now we can share it with family, friends and those that are coming to this area to explore everything Pulaski County and Lake Cumberland have to offer.
What makes this property unique
You will deal with us directly. We live about 5 minutes away. We can help with dinner reservations, special event tickets, etc. Need suggestions for things to do with the kids, the best bars in town, where to rent a boat or the best beach to relax on. Ladies need places to shop? We have several boutiques in the area and I can set up an entire experience for you. Are you celebrating a special occasion?
