This lower level unit has four bedrooms, three full baths, a large lakeside deck, and has a capacity of up to twelve guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. The fully equipped kitchen comes capable of satisfying the cook of your group. Whip up a hearty breakfast or delectable dinner, all while saving some money during your Put-in-Bay vacation. Sisters Bachelorette Party!

The process was easy and the stay was fantastic. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The pool was convenient and clean. The golf carts were a great addition to an awesome experience! Will return for our annual family trip to PIB.

Our only issue was with the condtion of the deck. It was large and comfortable except for the number of spider webs and bugs. I know that being on the water makes it harder to manage that but it had not been cleaned in sometime.

The only negative was the balcony was very dirty. Bugs, cob webs, dirt, broken screen door but I called and the sent a very nice guy to clean it the next morning! Our stay was very good!! Thank you for all you do! Every time I called to check on something or change something the person at the office was very very nice!

The other guests that were there had loud offensive music that was not appropriate for the young families with children and the older people that were trying to enjoy the pool. Our time was amazing! Love the location of the condo. Check in was smooth and easy. Only thing I would recommend is having salt/pepper, seasonings for food. Coffee creamers. Other than that we had a blast and would return again.

As a party of 10, getting to the island just before peak season was perfect - the bars and restaurants were comfortably full instead of packed, and the location of our rental was prime. We were a short distance from everything we wanted to do and it was no big deal to run back to the condo for a quick change of clothes, etc. Recommendations for amenities: Better lighting in the rooms and at least one full-length mirror somewhere in the unit; other than that, it was great!
