Classic European charm meets modern luxury in this exceptional, two-bedroom, two-bath residence. Stunning hardwood floors lead you into the residence past the gourmet kitchen, featuring marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room and dining area have a comfortable elegance complete with custom furnishings and classic mountain fabrics. A crackling gas fireplace awaits, inviting you to sink in and relax after a full day on the ski slopes of Beaver Creek.

The master suite is a lavish retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite marble bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom features a split king bed that can be made up as a king bed or be separated for your comfort and convenience. Guests in this bedroom also enjoy a flat-screen TV and ensuite marble bath. The sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates up to two additional guests, with the residents sleeping a total of six.

Guests of The Residences may utilize all the amenities afforded a Park Hyatt guest including ski valet service, restaurants and lobby bar, room service, complimentary underground parking for one car, 24-hour front desk and on-site check-in, nightly firepit smores, and complimentary access to the fitness center at The Club at Allegria and outdoor heated pool and 5 hot tubs.
