Had a wonderful stay very peaceful. The host thought of everything and the place was very cozy. Even my elder furbaby felt at peace in your lovely home. Location was easy to find and parking was readily available.
It would be impossible not to love your stay here. If you’re looking for a rural getaway that is only 30 minutes from Lancaster if you need to balance with a bit of city life, this is your place. I cannot wait to return.
The place was absolutely stunning, so cosy and perfect for our winter getaway. Everything we could have possibly needed was available to us, they had thought of everything. The surrounding views were stunning, a really lovely scene to wake up to. The host was incredibly responsive, generous and helpful. We were fortunate enough to visit the stables one morning and my young son absolutely loved it. Fantastic hosts, beautiful accommodation which all helped go towards a great stay, could not recommend enough. Thank you! - we had to take some pictures to copy the decor/styling because we loved it so much!
What a wonderful get away. Jennifer and Brian could not have been any better hosts for our weekend. The property was really great especially the horses.
Property was great. Was so beautiful and clean. We loved staying here and would stay again!!! Had everything needed plus more. Couldn’t have picked a better place.
Beautiful, well maintained and spotless. The view of the horses was amazing. The pictures do not really do this place justice. It is much better in person. The owners were super. We would stay there again.
The owners, Jenn and Bryan, are the most thought hosts we have ever had! We loved meeting the horses, dogs, and pig, and the beauty and tranquility of their home is incredible! The carriage house is a perfect blend of modern and farm decor. All the extra amenities have been provided, from bathroom necessities to kitchen supplies, and even coffee for quiet mornings watching the sunrise. Jenn and Bryan even thought of helpful amenities for our dog, such as bowls, treats, and clean-up bags.Check-in and check-out are simple, hosts are wonderful, and the property is even better than expected!
Where do we start? The place is amazing. The owners are fantastic and very helpful. We are hikers with our dogs and there are so many excellent trails very close by.
We come to Lancaster 1 to 2 times a year and I must say this was one of the best trips we’ve taken. The house was incredibly clean and cozy. Bryan and Jenn out did themselves with the decor and wonderful hospitality! Waking up to the horses and view each morning made the trip even more special. We are already planning our trip for next year!!
Our hosts attention to detail was amazing. The house is beautiful & well supplied for your needs. Jenn took us on a tour of the barn & spent time talking with our daughter about the horses. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax & still be able to enjoy what Lancaster County, PA has to offer, this is your place. We look forward to our next visit.

Thank you so much for the kind words! It was our pleasure to show you and your daughter our barn and horses. Hoping your daughter had a great birthday! Take care and have a great rest of your summer.
We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were on site so if we had questions or concerns it was convenient. They were wonderful with our kids and we enjoyed all the animals. The home was fully stocked with everything you could ever possible need(or in case you forget something at your own home). The beautiful sunrise on the deck with coffee, or even inside while having breakfast made it extra! We will absolutely be coming back for another great experience!
This home had it all. It was a cottage with class. It was clean, neat, and a beautiful setting. The horses were an added bonus and think my dog wanted me to bring one home.

Evan and Sandy were amazing guests that I would highly recommend to host. They were very responsive and took care of the property as if it were their own. They left the home exactly as they found it! It was a pleasure hosting them with their fur babies!
A beautiful place to stay. It’s on the smaller side, but cozy and made up for it with the character of the place. We felt very peaceful and at home. The view from the house is awesome. Everything you need is provided from cups, to plates, to silverware to cleaning supplies. Every once in awhile an Amish buggy will pass by. The beds are comfortable and my family slept great. The host is friendly and very responsive to any questions you might have or anything you need. If you need a place to stay in the Lancaster area, don’t hesitate to check this place out.
Impeccable, beautiful, well-stocked, clean. I can’t say enough. The loft was so cozy and perfect for the three of us. Easy check-in, and when I saw well-stocked I mean it. Coffee and creamer and towels, blankets, everything. Beds are super comfortable as well. The view was amazing. Grocery, liquor, and a few restaurants close by as well. Can’t wait to stay again!
Our stay in Lancaster was absolutely dreamy! This has to be one of the most well-appointed residences I’ve ever seen. The hosts, Jennifer and Bryan, truly thought of every detail you could possibly need. The carriage house was absolutely immaculate, and every drawer was filled with necessities. It’s unusual to feel at home so quickly in someone else's home. Waking up to a giant picture window looking out to beautiful grazing horses was more than I could have envisioned. My son and I enjoyed every minute of this bucolic getaway. We were close enough to visit the city, the Amish countryside, and everything on our lengthy Lancaster list. Jennifer was available at a moment’s notice for any questions or requests, and we loved meeting the family. However, they were gracious enough to give us privacy and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! I already said that I hope to make this a new annual tradition. You will be simply delighted to sit back and enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of Seven Saddles Farm.
