Beverly Hills Residencial II

The property is one of three large luxury houses with spectacular views and lush beautiful landscaping. It is part of an enclosed community located in Arroyo Hondo. Close to the zoo, botanical gardens, and shopping centers. Each house is fully furnished, has a jacuzzi, bbq and plenty of parking space for cars. The compound is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the center of Santo Domingo and 30 to 45 minutes from the airport. There is an onsite manager who will assists guests with checking-in, maintenance request, and other inquiries, as well as provide information on local activities and attractions.

All rules will be available upon arrival.

Ladies getaway

Everything went well. The only thing to add to the stay is that the property offers a limted amount of kw per day for electricity and the rest you are charged at the end of the stay. Very spacious home. Great mattresses for a nice rest at the end of the night.

Not what we expected

The photos are impressive, and Antony was helpful, except for the language barrier -he spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. No toaster or dishwasher, but advertised as being available. No hot water for 2 days, then only 60 seconds in the shower, then the rest cold. Hot tub had no water in it, so it could not be used. Plugged up shower drain. Clothes put in the dryer were still wet after 2 hours.

Awesome house

First and foremost I would like to thank Alberto, and Anthony, during this stay in Santo Domingo me and my party of 4 felt like home, any questions asked were dealt with immediately by Anthony. The place is amazing, 4 floors, with the top having the jacuzzi and the main bedroom having one also, the rooms are very spacious with each room having their own bathroom, and there there is an extra half bath on each floor. We also felt very safe there as it is gated and having Anthony on the premises at all times also eased our fears with any safety issue. When I go back to DR I am getting this place again.
