It's a work in progress, but they are making good progress! I'm always worried about pet smells in a pet friendly rental. However, there is new cedar paneling on some of the walls and that's all you smell. Master bath needs a boost, outdoor shower could use a pressure wash, unfinished trim work and some nails sticking out here and there, no biggies. Overall, we knew what we were getting into, it's an oldschool beach box and was very functional with good proximity and access to the ocean. We would stay here again without hesitation.
