Ocean sunset view heated pool game room sleeps 14

Sunrise and sunset views from this 1.5 acre tropical paradise! Heated pool, outdoor barbeque, AC, 4 bed, 3 bath and game room with table tennis and soccer. Indoor table with games, giant Connect Four, Jenga and Corn Hole provided. Coffee makers, teas and Soda Stream. Enjoy the breeze and view as you watch the hawks glide through the sky throughout the day. About 10 miles to the beach or hike in the hills nearby. Beach chairs and boogie boards provided upon request. Septic system so no hygiene products or flushable wipes in toilets and only liquids down sinks. Pool and home are for the guest's use, but not hillside/garden area beyond pool fence. Please don't bring glitter, confetti. leave popped balloons or nerf bullets. Outdoor quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am. Adults must chaperone children in the pool area and no jumping off the pool wall. No pets. There is an additional fee if you want the pool heated.
