Located in Towamensing Trails, this private community offers ample seasonal amenities to enjoy including a pool, lake/beach, tennis and basketball courts, playground, clubhouse and restaurant! You are just a short drive to Major Ski Resorts, Pocono Attractions and Historic Downtown Jim Thorpe! Close to Hickory Run State Park and lots of hiking trails. Cozy up to the fireplace in the wintertime, or enjoy the large deck and grill in the summertime!

-About Our Home:
Included: Propane fireplace, grill, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, flat screen TV’s, ping pong table, 4 bikes, corn-hole, washer and dryer.
*NOTE: Our homes are supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows, and blankets. *PLEASE BRING towels, dish towels, linens and paper products.* Linen service available upon request and additional fee. This home accommodates 10 people. Please do not exceed this number.

* All Towamensing Trails renters will receive 8 wristbands to use amenities. Fireworks and outdoor campfires are prohibited
*NOTE: Additional information will need to be provided after booking for car registration and amenity passes. This information includes license plate numbers of all cars and mailing address. This information is needed within 5 days of arrival. There is a $5 vehicle registration fee per vehicle. This will be added to your total price after booking.

Great Pocono Rental

Would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place in the poconos. My only negative feedback is the grill is a little small and could be in better condition

This is a great home. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, the home is well appointed with a cozy vibe and thoughtful touches. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space. The dual-living room floor plan was great for kids and teens to have one space to hang, and adults to have another. We highly recommend this property.
