Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow guests of guests in the suite. Only the people that we have made a rental agreement with are allowed in or on the property.
Guests agree to keep the suite in the same condition and cleanliness it is when they arrive. We do not provide daily maid service, or laundry service.

We have volunteered at local shelters. We like to travel, ski, golf, exercise, watch movies and spend quality time with friends.

We chose this property for its perfect blend of privacy, easy access to parkways and public transit, and a serene connection to nature. Our backyard is a haven for birdwatching, with species like Cardinals, Robins, Finch, Bob White, Barn Owls, Great Horned Owls, Red-Headed Woodpeckers, and occasional sightings of Ospreys and Red-Tail Hawks. We also enjoy visits from a variety of furry creatures, including a resident rabbit family, foxes, raccoons, opossums, and white-tailed deer.

The local train station is just 10 minutes away, and MacArthur Airport is only 15 minutes by car. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and quiet, yet we're just a short distance from bustling towns offering great shopping, dining, and nightlife.
