Great place for a family get together! Nice location to be able to head up to Crystal River to see the Manatee or to Tampa to explore. Host is very responsive. The place is clean and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again!

Florida Family Vacation

My family stayed 11 days at this wonderful property. The house was perfect for our large family with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was directly on the water and the pool was great for swimming and enjoying the sunshine. The kids loved the deck to fish off and fishing rods provided on site. The adults and kids enjoyed the use of the 3 kayaks and life vests supplied by the property. There are plenty of grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants close to the property. We will definitely be back again next year and would recommend this property to all.

House was great, we had an issue with the hot tub and the owner got someone out to repair it quickly, Pool never warmed up but we made use of the hot tub.

Hey Brian, sorry about that but you can only hear one at a time. Best practice is heat pool during day and use hot tub at night! I’ll make sure that’s in the house rules.

Great Family Vacation

The house and area were above my expectations. The house layout was so open and my whole family enjoyed the outside area. The pool was very refreshing and the fishing was a great time for the whole family. I am definitely putting this as one of my favorites stays. Communication was so easy and very fast. Had an amazing family vacation.
