Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) To unload and reload dishwasher.Please do not leave dirty dishes, cutlery or pots or pans.
2)Take all trash to outside bins .
3) Lock sliding back door and internal garage door.Exit through Main door and push /touch the lock button once you are outside the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We usually rent a home when visiting our children in Cape Coral.This home was the best ever! Host was attentive and welcoming from the moment with arrived. The house was so beautiful with everything we needed for our one week stay!My granddaughter stayed over and enjoyed having her own room and bathroom! At one point she said “this place is magical!” Thanks so much for providing us with the opportunity to create beautiful family memories!Also, there is a water filter in the kitchen which was a feature we never had afforded to us before!

Thanksgiving family trip

We came down from SC to spend thanking with family. The home was very clean and very beautiful and comfortable. The host responded to messages fairly quickly and truly appreciate that. All in all our family enjoyed our holiday at this home and would love to stay again.

Great stay!

My husband and I were looking for a comfortable home to work remotely from for a month as we explored Cape Coral and surrounding areas on weekends. Kayo Sun was wonderful! Modern, clean, comfortable. Maria Alexandra was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment of the home. We loved the pool and quiet neighborhood to walk our dog. Super comfy master bedroom bed too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
