1-Bedroom Condo Unit with Balcony, view facing the pool. The building is called Light Residence with mall & cinema and is situated along Edsa just beside the MRT Station (Boni). It is close to Megamall and Airport (P200 for taxi). You can book this unit minimum of 3 nights. Upon checking in, the owner representative will ask for security deposit of 1000 Pesos but will be refundable after checking out provided no casualties done. The guest is responsible for cleaning the unit from the moment the unit is being handed.

If you want your complete freedom and privacy all along your stay with NO owner around, this is your Ideal place ! Rush and book this so clean and amazing unit worth your money. All you need for your stay is in. Perfect location wherever you come from. You'll feel home here like the owner.
The only issue is with Wifi that really sucks and I hope it'll be improved..
Grace has her assistant who'll take you to the unit on your arrival. But I suggest that the exact meeting point with the assistant should be indicated in the booking confirmation notice. Because this is a massive condo with 3 towers, many entrances. So please take care of detailing address and the right entrance to the guest who may be coming from the airport for the first time.
I'll never hesitate to book this amazing unit worth my money next time - especially because of the complete freedom ! Thanks Grace, you deserve a cup of coffee someday :-)
