Welcome to Legacy Condominium 302, a vibrant 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo offering direct Gulf views, modern comforts, and a prime location in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Thoughtfully designed and full of personality, this coastal retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests—perfect for families, couples, or small groups.
**PLEASE NOTICE-Legacy Condo will have maintenance from now through Memorial Day, which may be noisy for guests. The maintenance crew has been instructed not to begin any noisy tasks earlier than 9AM and they should finish each day before 5PM. Most of the work will be done in the front of the building and none in the pool area. There may be times that guests are required to enter the building through the parking garage under the building because the front entrances may be blocked at times. None of the maintenance will affect the elevator.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The condo was exceptionally nice and very well decorated. Overall, Beachball Properties was really good to deal with wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
We loved this condo! Fantastic location for beach access, food, and shopping. Very quiet and beach front much less crowded than larger complexes. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I will without a doubt book again!!!

Great location right on the beach! Pool is beautiful! Condo was very clean and accomodations were great for the 4 of us. Would recommend to others and would stay there again!
The condo was very nice and roomy. It had the perfect beach view from the 3rd floor and right on the beach. The only complaint we had was the elevator was not working when we arrived so we had to carry everything up the stairs but it was fixed later that evening. Overall great stay and would definitely book again!!

Just beachy!
Had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect! It was. Roomy and very comfy! I will be staying here again in the future.
Our stay at the Legacy was wonderful. Small, quiet building and walking distance to a few restaurants (a mile or so) but far enough away so the traffic was not horrible by us. The access to the beach and the views from the unit were fantastic. Kitchen was outfitted with everything needed for our stay. Couch in living room was not comfortable, bed was comfortable and wish the pool was heated (was hoping to swim everyday). Overall was great and would stay there again.

Perfect location and short walk to the water's edge. The unit overall could use some attention. The guest bathroom has a picture hook sticking out of the wall for a hand towel hook. Laminate is peeling from the cabinets. The shower curtain was dirty, but a previous renter, or the cleaners, folded the sides back and reattached to the hooks. I had to take the curtain off and reattach before I could take a shower! I found a fork and some other trash in one of the dresser drawers. The master bedroom and bath seemed fine, as did the kitchen. Well appointed with everything we needed. The beach cart was an added bonus! The furniture looks nice in photos, but isn't very comfortable. Also….the management company does not respond on Sunday. I sent several messages and none were answered until Monday. Overall, we had a great trip and will go back, but may look for another unit in the same building.
The view from the master bedroom from the patio doors and the window was AMAZING. The bed and pillows were comfy, and dipping into the whirlpool tub after walking around all day was so relaxing. The master shower had great water pressure, and the condo fit our family of 7 perfectly. Would absolutely stay at this property again.
