First time coming to Gulf Shores and i couldn't have picked a better place! The condo is perfect and near everything, their customer service is A1, and the place itself is beautiful and less crowded as other areas i saw. The pool/balcony views are also EVERYTHING! I will definitely be booking this place again!

Excellent week of vacation at a very nice condo!!! We will definitely keep this one in mind for future stays. Great location and easy access to the beautiful beach. Only issues we had was the WiFi was not good at all. Barely had cell service in the condo. Hope that the WiFi is upgraded or fixed by the next trip. Otherwise excellent choice for our vacation!

Condo was right on the beach with the pool directly in front of our condo. Elevator was super fast. Condo was decorated with beautiful bright walls and colorful sofa pillows. It was very clean. The middle living area was great for my granddaughters with a huge tv, sofa and oversized chair. Wonderful master bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi tub and huge shower. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!!! I highly recommend this condo and beach ball properties. Great folks!!

We found the condo just as advertised and reviewed, the decor was lovely, the host put a lot of thought into making the condo feel homey. It was very clean and so spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We especially loved that it had two living room areas so renters can view different shows without having to retreat to a bedroom. The view from the third floor balcony was beautiful, you are close enough to hear the waves crashing against the shore. The host was quick to reply when we had a question and gave us great suggestions for activities and places for dining out. We opted to rent an umbrella and pool chairs for each day of our stay, which was worth the expense to have a spot saved on the beach for us each morning. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook, but there are several wonderful restaurants a short drive from the condo. We will definitely visit again and request this unit if it’s available.

The view from the master bedroom from the patio doors and the window was AMAZING. The bed and pillows were comfy, and dipping into the whirlpool tub after walking around all day was so relaxing. The master shower had great water pressure, and the condo fit our family of 7 perfectly. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

Excellent Location!

The Legacy was located in an excellent location close to everything! The condo was in a smaller building located directly on the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for. The vibrant colors of this specific unit were just the thing for the grandkids. They loved it! It was a very family friendly condo with a pool. No loud parties. Just a laid back environment. We rented beach chairs every day from Sun Coast and it was so convenient. They set up and break down every day. I definitely recommend!

The condo was very nice and roomy. It had the perfect beach view from the 3rd floor and right on the beach. The only complaint we had was the elevator was not working when we arrived so we had to carry everything up the stairs but it was fixed later that evening. Overall great stay and would definitely book again!!

The property itself is in a great location. The breezeways definitely need some TLC they were dirty and hot. Others left trash left out overnight and made it stinky the next day. The pool was cleaned one time in the 5 days we were there and there isn’t any umbrellas or shade at the pool for those who like to be in the shade. I understand the owners can’t be there all the time to see their property but the cleaning staff or management should check and make sure things are up to par. The master shower door fell off the hinges and my husband fixed it. Part of the drawer in the kitchen the plastic coating was peeling off the drawers. The 2nd Bthrm toilet set looked like it was 20 years old. Smoke detectors falling off the

Love access to beach & view

Our stay at the Legacy was wonderful. Small, quiet building and walking distance to a few restaurants (a mile or so) but far enough away so the traffic was not horrible by us. The access to the beach and the views from the unit were fantastic. Kitchen was outfitted with everything needed for our stay. Couch in living room was not comfortable, bed was comfortable and wish the pool was heated (was hoping to swim everyday). Overall was great and would stay there again.

Legacy 302

Perfect location and short walk to the water's edge. The unit overall could use some attention. The guest bathroom has a picture hook sticking out of the wall for a hand towel hook. Laminate is peeling from the cabinets. The shower curtain was dirty, but a previous renter, or the cleaners, folded the sides back and reattached to the hooks. I had to take the curtain off and reattach before I could take a shower! I found a fork and some other trash in one of the dresser drawers. The master bedroom and bath seemed fine, as did the kitchen. Well appointed with everything we needed. The beach cart was an added bonus! The furniture looks nice in photos, but isn't very comfortable. Also….the management company does not respond on Sunday. I sent several messages and none were answered until Monday. Overall, we had a great trip and will go back, but may look for another unit in the same building.
