Wonderful additional amenities. Firewood, board games, specialty coffee spoils. Well thought through and cared for property. Location is up steep grades, I definitely recommend 4 wheel drive, my car barely made it up the gravel/dirt roads and would have been stuck in the 16” deep holes if hit.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Thank you for being such a wonderful guest!
Everything was so nice and it was relaxing. We used the hot tub , nice temperature. I liked that there was 2 towels for each person. It rained one afternoon/evening and we stayed in and played games and just turned off devices. Very enjoyable.

Great experience to stay, getting there was a little tough.
Cabin was clean and hot tub was heated. Staff worked with me to help rebook due to a death in the family. Very thankful for that.
Thank you, Dustin! We’re happy to hear you had a great time and would love to welcome you back.

Our stay was nice, but the pictures on the website were a bit deceiving. We would have appreciated additional blankets for the bedrooms. Heating throughout the cabin was not consistent and not all outlets worked for the space heaters. The many extension cords were a bit concerning. We did enjoy the games and the wood burning fireplace. The hot tub maintained its heat well.

Stay here if you like dust on the wall, warmish showers and no bedroom heat.
My full review is way more than the 500 character limit. SO I will sum it up. Dust covered walls, Christmas lights with cobwebs and dust, warm shower water, gunk in the ice machine, heaters only worked in 2 of the rooms, one was the bathroom and the other was the living room. Customer service/Contact was only slightly helpful in giving suggestions from google. Bring your own blankets if its cold outside because you will need them. Great view though, and secluded.
Really enjoyed staying at this property. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere! Kids loved the hot tub and we all loved the views of the surrounding trees and peace and quiet.
Overall, this location was clean and comfortable. As is the case with many place in the area, there is a strong sulphur smell from the water. The road to the place was pretty rough and not recommended for cars, even beyond winter. Otherwise a nice stay!

Ok
The location was perfect. But the deck was dirty, the propane tan out while we were cooking and the water smelt horrible (like rotten eggs ). My wife found an old dirty blinket i. Our room. If not for those things it would be perfect.

The roadway up to the cabin was rough, a lot of potholes needed to be dodged. The cabin was fully equipped and comfortable. The online photos were obviously not taken recently as it was a little more rustic than we expected; however, the outside deck, grill, and hot tub were very nice accommodations. Communication with their customer service reps after the stay in regard to items inadvertently left behind went unanswered. I had to call three times inquiring about the items, the last time which they said would be escalated, and we never received a return call. Very disappointed in the customer service.
There was a few issues when we got to the home and we had to do some trouble shooting. The houses heat wasn't on and it was freezing, hot tub was completely off and breaker was tripped, the stop wouldn't work but got electric. We ended up speaking to the host and fixed the issues that evening and they refunded a portion since the hottub was unusable for a night.Putting that aside and not having it reflect in my rating at all as I felt the refund covered our issues, I still rate it a 3 star. Cons:The fire places leaks a lot of cold air, so if you plan to stay for the winter, bring plenty of firewood. There are large gaps around the fireplace that allow the air to flow through. We thought it may be secluded but there are quite a few cabins around you. There is one directly beside you and if you look out the window you are looking into their yard, so you'll just end up keeping the curtan closed.Another note, the water is very sulfuric, I didn't think it would be an issue until coming home and my hair still smelling like sulfer after several washings. Hot tub doe look at another house as well. Not super awesome scenery. Pros: Otherwise it was a cozy set up. One room is spacious and the other is for a bit oddly put due to the queen size bed. Couch is set up nice in front of the fireplace and they have many amenities in the kitchen. The sun was gorgeous in the evenings and mornings. Plenty of hikes within a 20/30 minute drive.
